LASIK Study - Limited Enrollment

Cutarelli Vision is conducting a LASIK laser vision correction study. The study uses FDA approved technology and the results of the study will be used to track short and long-term results of LASIK laser vision correction.
The study is open to those with moderate to severe myopia or hyperopia (also known as nearsightedness or farsightedness) and astigmatism, are between the ages of 21-65, and have no history of eye disease.
- This LASIK study is being conducted to track the results of various FDA approved vision correction methods.
- The study is NOT free, but does include a substantial savings on LASIK, PRK and premium lens implants.
- If enrolled in the study, study patients must complete the following:
- 1 day post-op
- 1 week post-op
- 3 months post-op
- 6 months post-op
- 1 year post-op.
- This LASIK study is limited to the first 100 patients who qualify.
- As with all procedures, study participants will be required to complete the usual surgical consent forms.
- Must be between the ages of 21-65 and have no history of eye disease.
