Capitol One offers a fixed, simple interest payment options which is nice because you can pay it off early with no pre-payment penalty.  To get pre-approved through them, you can call toll free at 877-559-5050 and speak with a representative.  The application process over the phone is fairly quick (5-7 minutes) is usually the quickest way to get a response.  You can also visit their website to see the breakdown of fees - www.capitalonehealthcarefinance.com.  It will detail the payment amounts for the treatment amount.

The other option we offer is a 3 or 6 month interest free payment plan.  This is through a company called Care Credit.  Their website is www.carecredit.com and typically if this is the option you wish to proceed with we usually go ahead and get you pre-approved with them.  Care Credit is a great option if you know for sure that you can pay it off in the 6 month time period, because it is interest free for that entire time.
